southfit.com Low Fat Quick Cobbler 1 cup self rising flour 1 cup sugar ¾ cup canned skimmed evaporated milk ¼ tsp. salt (optional) 8 tsp butter buds 1 can of your choice fruit pie filling 2 tsp sugar mixed with 1 tsp. ground cinnamon Pour pie filling into a square casserole dish that has been sprayed with butter flavor Pam.  Mix together flour, sugar and skim milk. Sprinkle Butter Buds on top of fruit.  Pour batter mix on top of the fruit.  Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mixture on top of batter.  Bake at 350F. 30-45 minutes until golden brown.  Serve warm with low fat ice cream, frozen yogurt or cool whip.
